Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Evening walks offer some spectacular views of the beautiful Iowa country sunsets! Close to public hunting, golfing, and Benton County's Hannan Park for fishing or swimming. Right off the exit of I 380 Interstate. As close as you can be to downtown. Maybe 5 minutes away from the bike trail. 2 car parking off street. 1 queen bed and pull out couch. Washer and dryer.
