Come relax at the Lakehouse with the family in Conneaut Lake’s North End Community called Lauderdale Estates. Home will be ready December of 2025 and freshly updated with way more pictures to come as the renovations are completed. 4 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, one bunk bed set, and one full bed. 2.5 baths with one being a handicap accessible wheel in shower. Community has beach access but house has a 18 ft above ground swimming pool. No dock available but public boat launch is a mile away.
