So DO NOT be noisy in our hostel at all times during your stay. 2 - Our room size is NOT THAT BIG(It's 22㎡)! Because of the amazing LOCATION, the housing rate here is REALLY REALLY HIGH. So we are trying to offer the BEST experience with just right room size at the BEST PRICE for you. 3 - The cleaning fee is NOT including daily hourse keeping. The room is kids friendly. About 450 sqft, the room is an infusion of Japanese style with modern facilities for a comfy stay. We designed the room with love and care for little kids, because we have a little girl too. The room is safe and friendly for little kids. No sharp or pointy spot in the room. Low furniture, but all the plug-ins are highly positioned. And of course, we will try to accommodate any special requests. With all being said above, if you are looking for a spacious place with good shower & A/C in quiet and convenient neighborhood, come stay with us ! *** The room is on the second/third floor, no elevator! ***Laundries can be done at a starting charge of ¥2500 per load( washer & dryer). ***An extra set of futon will be done at a charge of ¥2000 Yen per request.( i.e. 3 pax wants 4 sets, the fourth set will be charged ¥2000 yen) *** The TV in the room is only for YouTube or streaming services if you have an account! We reopend this room December 2019. This apartment is 5 min walk from Karasuma Oike subway station which is only 3 stops (5min) from Kyoto station. Walking distance to down town shopping area, Nishiki market(10min) and convenience store in just in front of the apartment. Many restaurants nearby. Linens and towels are cleaned by professional outside services. Provide free wifi.
