Villa San Giuseppe is a charming detached house of 120 sqm, capable of accommodating seven people, which is located in Furore, a small town on the Amalfi Coast considered one of ‘The most beautiful villages in Italy’. It is surrounded by nature, tranquility and peace that always attract people looking for relaxation. The Villa has three double bedrooms (one of them has a single bed 80 cm/32 inches in addition), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a fireplace corner. The bedrooms are really spacious (beds are 160 cm/ 62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two of them, together with the living room, are exposed to the long sea view terrace where you can seat and have a sweeping view of the sea and of the picturesque hills of Furore. The third bedroom is exposed to the small side terrace and has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head, a wall hair dryer and a washing machine. The other bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head and a wall hair dryer as well and is in front of the seaside rooms. The living room is elegant and comfortable and is provided with a sofa, two armchairs, a table fitted for seven people, a satellite-TV, a DVD-reader, a stereo, some board games and a bookshelf offering a variety of books in different languages. The kitchen is full equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric/gas oven, a refrigerator with freezer, two Italian-style coffee-makers, a kettle, a toast maker, an orange squeezer and all you will need. There is also a selection of wines made from local vineyards, famous all over the world. You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen. The dining table can accommodate seven guests. In this room you will find a digital piano. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea and of the coastline. From the kitchen, a French door will take you to the garden (50 sqm/540 sq ft large), partly covered with a “pergola” of grapes plants, kiwi fruit, a lemon tree and a tangerine tree. From here you can enjoy the view of the sea and of the coastline sitting on a lounger or at the lava stone table, example of the famous Vietri ceramics, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in absolute peace.

La casa "Le Anfore" è un elegante appartamento situato nel cuore della Costiera Amalfitana, a Conca dei Marini, piccolo borgo marinaro che dista solo 4 km da Amalfi. La casa è parte di una antica struttura ed è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2012, offre un ampio terrazzo privato da cui si può godere di una splendida vista sul golfo di Salerno e che permette di ammirare anche i faraglioni di Capri, un interno arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i più moderni comfort, come la climatizzazione assicurata da 2 efficienti split a pavimento Daikin o lo Smart Tv da 40 pollici con connessione web e canali satellitari free-to-air oppure ancora la connessione internet Wi-Fi ad alta velocità che raggiunge anche gli angoli più lontani delle stanze. La casa è composta da una camera da letto e da una zona giorno con divano letto, collegate tramite un arco. I due ambienti possono essere separati da una spessa tenda che si trova dietro l’arco di collegamento, in modo da creare 2 percorsi separati per andare in bagno. La casa è dotata di una bella cucina, contenuta in un mobile in modo da assomigliare ad una credenza quando vengono chiuse le ante superiori, con piano cottura ad induzione a 4 fuochi, tecnologia che permette di cuocere i cibi in maniera più veloce ed efficiente. Completa il design della zona cucina un frigorifero in stile anni ’50. L'incontro tra cielo e mare, unito agli altri colori tipici delle nostra zona, vi faranno vivere momenti davvero indimenticabili e la magia di uno degli angoli più belli e suggestivi del mondo!

Holiday's house in Amalfi Coast

We are in Minori, a wonderful village in the heart of the Amalfi coast, ideal location for trips to Pompei, Ercolano, Paestum and Cilento, others beautiful villages of the Amalfi coast (like Ravello, Amalfi and Positano), island of Capri(during summer daily ferry boat from Minori) , Sorrento, Naples, royal palace of Caserta etc.... Our accommodation is called "Mastrotonno" because this is the name of the lemon garden in which the house is absorbed. We have a wonderful views of Minori and the sea, only a few hundred meters. The house is located on the second floor of a charming cottage The house is composed of two double room both with air conditioning, of a large living room with a vaulted ceiling decorated, of a kitchen, of two bathrooms and of a large terrace with barbecue, table, chairs, sun loungers, hammock and outdoor shower. We have a private parking just below the house. The house can accommodate up to 7 people. Children under 12 years old are for free, up to 18 years old pay less.

The Villa is in a dominant position on the sea, surrounded by gardens of lemon and orange trees. From the terrace, a breathtaking view that embraces the bay of Amalfi from Capo Vettica to Capo d'Orso, the historic center and the Cathedral of Amalfi and the opposite coastline from Salerno to Capo Licosa. Thanks to the isolation of part of the terrace it is possible to sunbathe in absolute privacy. At 350m, a Club pool/restaurant is accessible only at the conditions listed in Access for guest

La casa si trova nella zona alta di Minori, si raggiunge salendo una scalinata di 180 gradini che partono dalla strada, vicino al parcheggio a pagamento (€ 15,00 al giorno). Si prosegue all'interno dell' azienda agricola. Il percorso potrebbe essere un po’ arduo, ma la vista è strepitosa La casa ha un giardino esterno ed un solarium privato con doccia, tavolo e sedie non è in condivisione. Garantita la massima privacy. Tassa di soggiorno €.2,00 al giorno, escluso i ragazzi fino a 14 anni.

Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.
