Welcome to Boutique Stay, a newly renovated cosy guest suite for that comfortable stay away whether for pleasure or business. We are located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. You are offered the mix of an urban location with the added aspect of a country outlook. We are situated close to the Mission Winery, Church Road Winery, cycle paths, Park Island sports ground, and the airport. There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Greenmeadows Park Views

This studio has 1 queen bed, it is cosy with a small Kitchenette & Separate bathroom. Across the road is Anderson Park to enjoy. A few minutes walk to Greenmeadows shops, supermarket, cafés, fish & chips, Indian, Thai, pizza etc. A few minutes drive by car to: Church Road Winery & Mission Winery. We will supply tea, coffee and milk only. (no breakfast supplied) * There is NO oven so unfortunately NO cooking facility apart from a normal microwave oven, toaster, kettle.

Our home is situated in a quiet area of Taradale, Napier, and a 10-minute easy walk to the village & in close proximity to Church Road and The Mission wineries. Great location to walkway/cycle ways into Napier. Dolbel Reserve is on our doorstep with several walking trails to explore. Taradale has cafes, bars, and restaurants as well as plenty of shops to browse in. Our lovely warm Hawke's Bay summers are perfect for the many events and concerts available.

The beautiful tī kōuka (cabbage tree) guides you into this peaceful one-bedroom sleepout which is perfect for work trips, events, or exploring the Hawke's Bay region. To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
