Romantic Lakeview Jacuzzi Suite

Jacuzzi Suites are the size of a hotel room with the privacy of a woodsy cabin. Our suites the perfect way to spend a romantic getaway. Each suite has a queen pillow-top bed, a sitting area, a Jacuzzi for two and a small deck with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. No kitchens; however, each one has a coffee bar w/ mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Each suite has its own private boardwalk entrance to ensure privacy. We have 3 suites attached to the office building. No pets allowed in the suites.

Historic Commercial Hotel(1868),Sally Rand Suite

The Historic Commercial Hotel (Est.1868) on the Downtown square in beautiful Osceola,Missouri. Old world feel with modernized accommodations. The Historic Commercial Hotel has numerous themed rooms which are designed and named after past historical guests. This specific room is "The Sally Rand Suite". Named after past historical guest Sally Rand ( 1904 – 1979) who was an American burlesque dancer and Silver Screen star, most noted for her ostrich feather fan dance and balloon bubble dance.

“The Classic” at Rockwood Motor Court on Route 66.

Rockwood Motor Court, built in 1929, is located on historic Route 66. Each room is themed and furnished to the era of Route 66. “The Classic” showcases the automobiles on road in the 1940’s and 50’s. This room features vintage furniture, a full size bed, bathroom with dressing area, and corner shower. Renovated in 2019, enjoy a clean, comfortable room and experience authentic motor court lodging. Need more space? We also have larger rooms and can package multiple rooms for your group.

Chic Ultramodern Studio Loft w/ Designer Features

The Nash Loft is a stunning minimalist studio with 12’ ceilings + bright 7’ industrial steel-frame windows, a spacious open layout, stackable washer + dryer, a designer bathroom with black stainless fixtures and frameless glass shower, an Edison-illuminated community courtyard, and a fully-equipped kitchen with black stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Situated along the famous Locust Street in the heart of Midtown, you’ll be steps from SLU, Wells Fargo, BJC, and the Grove.

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.

Gulf Front Suite - 2 Bedrooms with Kitchen

Wake up at our Gulf Front Suite with a view of Louisiana's gulf coast. This two bedroom suite is located at the Inn, directly on the beach. The Gulf Front Suite has one of two options: (a) #5 has a double bed in each bedroom and a single bed and a futon in the living room; (b) #6 has a double and a single in each bedroom and a futon in the living area or (c) #7a. Our full-size kitchen includes a refrigerator, sink, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and dishes.

We are within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment and right next to the trolly stop for those who prefer to ride! Enjoy two bath options with our oversized Jacuzzi tub or old-school claw-foot tub/shower! You will have a designated parking spot off the street and a private patio to people watch as you sip coffee, tea or a nightcap of your choice.

The Grove Guest House provides an exceptional lodging experience while working in the area or spending vacation time in the newly opened historic downtown boutique hotel.
