Hi, I’m Clay and I love to meet new people and have traveled all over the world for the past 20 years working with bands. This journey, along with my new wife Joy, has lead to us becoming Airbnb hosts. Our eclectic, cozy, charming, spacious and right on the Bayou listing is a place we are sure you’ll love. This 400 sq. ft. guesthouse (studio) on a historic property in Westwood, KS has recently been fully renovated and furnished. It has a completely equipped kitchenette, comfortable living area, along with a queen-size bed. The guesthouse also includes a washer/dryer off the kitchenette. The guesthouse is a separate dwelling located on a half an acre property which includes the original farmhouse built in 1889 - the guesthouse added in 1920. Westwood, Kansas is 2 miles from the Country Club Plaza.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Relaxing Vineyard Getaway

BlueJacket Crossing Vineyard is a small, family vineyard located in Northeast Kansas, west of Kansas City, just 5 miles east of Lawrence, Kansas home of the University of Kansas. The space is designed as a small apartment adjacent to the Winery. The 1st floor houses the Living Room (with TV/Cable/Internet), Queen Fold Out Sofa, Small Kitchenette, Breakfast Bar, & Bathroom/Shower. The 2nd floor is the Master Bedroom with King Bed, & French Doors to a Deck overlooking the Vineyard.

Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Lil Cabin on Little Red River

This riverfront cabin is an intimate little hideaway with authentic character. Our one room cabin has River access and Riverview, sleeping space for four people on a queen size bed and queen size futon. A full kitchen with quality cooking utensils, full size refrigerator, electric range with oven and fully stocked coffee bar. The covered dock is available for fishing and if you bring a boat you may use the dock to shelter it. THE CABIN IS NOT PET FRIENDLY!

Sumerset Cottage

Sumerset Cottage was specifically designed to offer a place of calm and peaceful relaxation. Come enjoy the screened in sunroom then look out over a beautiful valley and remember how beautiful America really can be. Sumerset Cottage is a guest house owned and hosted by Kirt and Susan Sumers. It is a completely separate cottage although their home is approximately 120 yards away. They will give you privacy or will be glad to visit with you about the area.

Timberlake Cottage, Beaver Lake, Eureka Springs

Timberlake Cottage. Your own little paradise just outside Eureka Springs. Small cottage on ridge above Beaver Lake 10 miles west of Eureka. Adjacent to but separate from main house which was originally built to replicate an Irish cottage. Studio style cottage includes bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Outdoor bbq grill & seating. Private deck, secluded 6 acre setting at end of private road.
