Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, on demand water heater with heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, large fenced backyard and patio w/ seating and grill.

Our Missoula vacation rental has what we love when we travel- location, comfort, & all the amenities. And, it is a 5 min bike ride to downtown, and mins from the beautiful river trail that connects you to the University, trails, or our local ”Good Food Store”. Enjoy a beautiful private patio in the backyard. Bikes available! 1 bedroom with a queen bed + living room sofa bed + air mattress. We are kid friendly. Dogs allowed upon approval with a pet fee. The sauna is truly beautiful and it has the unique feature of a waterfall shower. Enjoy the beautiful mission mountains and park-like setting complete with creek and willow trees. There is no shortage of wildlife...deer, hawks, owls, geese, and pheasants to name a few, along with some cows and a horse grazing in the pasture out back.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Entire house is yours offering over 1300 sq. ft. of combined indoor/outdoor living. Tons of light with granite counters and vaulted ceilings. We are pet friendly with a gated yard for your pooch. 2 minutes from I 90 and 15 min. to downtown.

Property backs up to the Clarks Fork River so bring your rod. We are two blocks from the bike trail that runs to the college. We have bikes that you can borrow. We have tubes available to float the river. We also have camping mats, coolers, fishing rods, beach towels and chairs. We want to make your visit to Missoula AMAZING.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
