The apartment Rose is located in a traffic calmed area in the center of Oberammergau between City hall and the Museum. Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Lech. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer modern eingerichteten Küche ,Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), einem Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, und einem Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

Der Balkon bietet Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge im Süden, auf das Wettersteingebirge im Südwesten und auf den Krottenkopf im Westen.
