På vinteren er området snøsikkert med tidlig snø og et flott ski- og friluftsområde med oppkjørte løyper. Sesongen varer til over påske. Hytten er ypperlig for en eller to familier med to separate bad og fem soverom.

Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.
