This quiet get away spot is located in close proximity to all that the Adirondack Park has to offer. You are only: 1 mile to Hollywood Hills private beach & boat launch climb 1 mile to Bald Mountain 3.4 miles to Enchanted Forest & all the amenities of Old Forge Village Snowmobile trailers- there is room for a 2 place trailer with truck attached. Additional 2 cars in 2nd driveway.

Waterfront Artist Retreat

Our camp is located the heart of the Adirondacks in upstate NY . It is a beautiful four season cabin on Lake Abanakee . The camp is adorned with Adirondack art and furnishings made by my artisan friends and I. Lake Abanakee is a favorite for canoes, kayaks, photographers, fishermen and families. Enjoy glamping in our new screened in lean to or swimming and boating from our private beach. Although our camp looks like a rustic retreat, we have high speed internet and all the modern conveniences.

Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Minutes from year round trails, skiing and golf. Enjoy NY's snowmobiling mecca in the winter. Available year round. Limited summer availability.

We offer an open concept efficiency apartment on the first floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 beds (1 King, 1 full), TV and wifi, sitting and dining area, all with direct access to the lake. We have a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
