A wonderful place for couples, friends, & solo travelers to relax or adventure in a modern cabin cut into a rock wall <15 mins from Salida, CO. We designed the Rock Room with 6 floor to ceiling windows and an automatic garage door that opens up to a rock wall and your private covered balcony which overlooks national forest on both sides. Set atop a hill on five acres of land, Paul’s cabin is a beautiful retreat where you and your loved ones can get away from it all to enjoy nature. Enjoy panoramic mountain views, unrivaled sunsets, and nearby rafting, hiking, fishing, and four-wheeling. This mountain log home is ideal for family get-togethers and large groups. It offers plenty of sleeping space inside, plus an RV hookup and private land for camping. PLEASE NOTE: Four-wheel drive is required to access the cabin in the winter.

Town Hut - Cozy haven on BVs mtn side, EV charging

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

No fishing on property. Guests like to see our wild trout. There are many fishing spots nearby.
