It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats departs to the island. Εκεί που αρχίζει η διαδρομή για τον Βίκο. Διαθέτει το δικό του πάρκινγκ. Traditional wooden and stone mansion. Only 30m from Monodendri's square, in the middle of Zagori. 600m from Vikos gorge! It has its own parking.

The stones used in the construction of this house were all handpicked by the home owners and all the decorative items are family heirlooms up to 5 generations back.
