Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo, on the top floor of an old, renovated house, without elevator and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is a shared sitting room, a shared dining room, a roof terrace, another atmospheric little terrace and a kitchen where you can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. There is free quick unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the food markets, supermarkets, flea markets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and parcs. it is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea! The centrale train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you arrive by car (but you don't need it in Palermo) : you are not allowed to go into the historic centre without a special pass ( the ZTL), but you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic.

All’interno della camera si trova tutto l’occorrente per la prima colazione. La stanza è dotata di tutti i comfort, balcone prospiciente la facciata principale, Wifi, tv led 32 pollici, frigo bar, macchina del caffè con capsule, bollitore elettrico, letto con doghe e materasso e cuscini in memory, ampia doccia. L'appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, si trova al centro di Calatafimi Segesta e si affaccia sulla piazza principale, zona fornita di bar, ce n'è uno proprio sotto casa dove poter fare colazione compresa nel prezzo, ristoranti e supermercati. Dista 5 km dal tempio di Segesta, 15 dalle spiagge di Castellammare del Golfo e dello zingaro. A 45 km è possibile raggiungere le splendide saline di Marsala e la città di Erice. Gli aeroporti di Palermo e Trapani sono a circa 35 km di distanza.
