Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Large renovated house approximately 160m2 for 6. on foot: 5' from the nature reserve, 15' from the lake, on the GR96 which leads to the Col de la Forclaz (paragliders), 100 m from the cycle path which leads to the lake by bike in 5' (we leave 4 adult bikes which roll at your disposal). Enclosed land 300m2 with south-facing terrace. Quiet and friendly area. Annecy is at the other end of the lake. All shops in Doussard (5' by bike via the track)..Lake, mountain, cycling activities!

Le chalet est proche des restaurants, des activités adaptées (pistes de ski et alpin, chemin de randonnée et VTT).. parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires.. MAIS UNIQUEMENT 2 PERSONNES (pas de bébé 👶)

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans notre adorable petite maison/ ancienne remise maçonnée entièrement rénovée et réaménagée avec soin mi 2021. Belle terrasse sud ombragée l’après midi, vues vraiment magnifiques et dégagées vers le Mont- Blanc, les aiguilles de Chamonix, « au pied » du glacier des Bossons en face. En retrait de 20m de la route dans un quartier résidentiel. Transports à 2 pas. 2 places de stationnement devant la maison. Wifi. Pas de TV.

Most Central Valais ski resorts are just 30 minutes away, and shopping centers in Conthey are only 3 minutes away(by car)with easy access to the highway within 10 minutes. L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
