It is also 22 acres of private forest with majestic old pines and an idyllic, swimmable creek. Note that the outdoor pavilion (the 5th bedroom), which accomodates 4 guests, is closed from Nov 1st to May 1st. The maximum number of guests during that period is thus 8 and not 12.
