Casa colonica tipica marchigiana disposta su due piani con favolosa pergola che da sul giardino. La casa si trova a 1 km dal centro del paese. Immersa nella campagna marchigiana, la casa è situata a pochi metri dal fiume Tronto e confinante con la pista ciclabile che collega S.Benedetto.Non avendo case nelle strette vicinanze, la casa permette di godere pienamente del proprio soggiorno in assoluta libertà(anche con musica fino a tarda notte). The GrazieSole farmhouse is a newly renovated 1900s farmhouse, in a characteristic style with original stone walls, exposed bricks and ceilings with wooden beams, it has a 12-metre swimming pool with breathtaking views and a wide panorama that extends from the Sibillini Mountains to the adjacent hillside villages. It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

Il Casale di Laura

Il casale in mattoni antichi sorge in prossimità del centro storico. Si sviluppa su due piani. Il primo piano composto da ampio salone, cucina e un bagno e il secondo piano composto da 3 stanze da letto arredate e confortevoli , 2 bagni, il tutto ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Vi è il giardino e un uliveto di 70 ulivi. Il casale si trova inoltre a 10 km dal mare. È presente una bella piscina per rilassarsi 😍 Questo e’ l’annuncio ufficiale in cui chiedere info. La casetta e’ un piccolo appartamento ricavato da un casale in stile marchigiano. Arredamenti tradizionali rivisitati in chiave moderna e l'utilizzo di materiali naturali lo rendono autentico, accogliente e intimo. Si trova al piano terra, affacciato su un ampio prato con vista sulle colline verdeggianti. Dispone di un angolo cottura con frigo, lavello, due piastre elettriche e microonde. Un rifugio dove vivere momenti rigeneranti in una dirompente natura e scoprire un ricco territorio

Dimora nel Borgo - Relaxing Home

La “Dimora nel Borgo” è una accogliente abitazione nel centro storico medioevale di Maiolati Spontini, in essa si respira una atmosfera rilassata e confortevole, data dalla recente e accurata ristrutturazione, e dall'ambiente circostante tranquillo e silenzioso,  all'interno di un cortile di altri tempi. A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

Casale del Menotre | Countryside Umbrian Retreat

Just minutes from Assisi, between Rasiglia, Spello, and the Menotre Waterfalls, the tourist rental welcomes you. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia. Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.
