Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). This cosy separate bedroom with ensuite is a tasteful garage conversion. In the room is a small fridge, a table and chairs, towels, a hair dryer and a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The room is in a separate building at the front of our family home, so you will have your own private entrance. The bed is a comfortable queen size genuine Japanese futon. It is a quiet and private location, with native bushland to the side of and behind the house. We are only 10 minutes from the M1 freeway.
