Garasjeloftet på Fagerlia ligger litt for seg selv på Ballstad. Et stille og familievennlig område samtidig som det er sentralt, med kort vei til handelssted og flyplass. Plassen ligger idyllisk til, ca midt i Lofoten, med gode muligheter for tur og friluftsliv rett fra døra. Garasjeloftet er enkelt innredd med en sovesofa, og en familiekøyeseng. Sørensens Rorbu (sea house) consists of 2 apartments. The rorbu is located on a small island connected to the road. The view from apartment 1 faces the sea. Good sun conditions throughout the day. The apartment was built in 1986 but has been upgraded somewhat in recent years. We also have boat rental ( only for guests)

Sørensens Rorbu (sjøhus) består av 2 leiligheter. Rorbuen ligger på en liten øy forbundet med veien. Utsikten fra leilighet nr 2 vender mot sundvågen. Gode solforhold. Leiligheten ble bygd i 2015. Kjøkken, stue, bod, 2 bad og 3 soverom. Lys fin leilighet.
