'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. Tucked away at the edge of Victoria’s High Country is Sawmill Cottage Farm. Our open plan cottage is an ideal place for those looking for a relaxing getaway, perfect for couples or friends Explore King Valley’s wineries, or just slow down enjoy the views over the valley, soak up the peaceful country vibes and meet the animals. Summer is on its way and the perfect time to cool off in our magnesium salt swimming pool Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, farm fresh eggs, and homemade bacon.

The Bungalow at Nunyara

Delightful Moyhu in the King Valley. Moyhu has a fantastic Country Pub, General store and delightful cafe. These are all in walking distance from Nunyara. The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. Super comfy King size bed, smart TV, Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning, leather sofa, own bathroom and toilet.

The Cream Brick House

Our home is simple, neat, and organised. It's a home away from home. 'The Cream Brick House' is situated on the outskirts of Wangaratta (5km from CBD). Wangratta's rail trail bike track is right out the front door. A perfect home to relax for families, couples, or singles. Surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and farm land. It has large court yard for a BBQ or entertaining. A large backyard - for a kick of football, cricket, or watching the natural surroundings.

A self contained bungalow at rear of Victorian residence over looking pool designed for couples. Bedroom with king bed Is connected to living space in open plan format ie no door. Separate bathroom, kitchen living area. Pool available for guests to use but is shared with others. Free Wi- Fi. Please note ; a two night minimum stay applies. We are dog friendly but within our terms and also additional cleaning fee of $50. Please add pet when booking.

Wark Cottage (circa 1895) named after the original owner William Frederick Wark, has been meticulously restored to modern day standards while retaining its worker cottage roots. Original features throughout complete with pressed tin finishes, hardwood floors and working fireplace. Wark Cottage draws you back in time and creates a tranquil and relaxing place to locate yourself while visiting Chiltern and surrounds.

Cooke's Cottage

This separate, brand-new studio apartment on my property offers private accommodation. It is designed for 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious and self-contained. The kitchen is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and essentials like a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Wifi and TV are available. Enjoy a cozy outdoor area. Cleanliness is a priority, and the minimalist approach ensures no clutter.
