Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

A short stroll to Moorings restaurant and Bumblebee Apothecary cafe. 5 minutes walk and you are by Lake Dunstan and the infamous bike trail. Access to the 45th parallel is a short drive or 20-minute walk away. 7 minutes drive to Cromwell township, 35 minutes to Wanaka lakefront and 50 minutes to Queenstown airport. Our cottage is self-contained and on the same section as our home.

The Apartment

Our renovated room is located at the back of our section over the garage, with separate external access via staircase. We are perfectly located for you to enjoy all Cromwell has to offer. Only a 10 min walk to the town centre and lake, even closer to the golf course and of course a great spot for you to stay if you are heading off on the central otago bike trail. The room has a kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee and everything you need for a relaxing few nights away from home.

Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

The newly opened Highlands Motorsports Park is 6 km away. The new cycle trail will be open at the end of 2020.
