Cozy, energy efficient new construction for a better world. Located in the hip SE Hawthorne neighborhood on a quiet residential street and at the foot of Mt Tabor, this custom house provides a luxurious and convenient studio for relaxed stays and enjoyment of all that Portland has to offer. We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. Our large (1,500sq ft) space (private access), has a bedroom, bathroom, living room w/ a fireplace, hot tub, full gym as well as a kitchenette w/ full sized fridge, keurig, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, single burner, and laundry facility. Smart tvs, hammocks and a rooftop firepit are in the outdoor entertainment area. LGBT & BIPOC friendly. Gym, hot tub and laundry are shared with owners but guests have priority access. Close to Mt Hood Wilderness (45mins) & Downtown Portland (15mins).

You will have full reign of the top (street)level of the home. Host lives downstairs in the sun basement. You are the only ones who will enter through the front door, and you’ll have a reserved parking space in the double driveway. Your private space includes a double queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a jetted bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with wood burning fireplace and stunning views, a full laundry room, a wrap around deck with outdoor table and chairs.
