This cozy 650 sq ft Pacific Northwest cottage is set in the garden away from the street .Shade & sun. It is a complete home. Eclectic decor includes antique bathroom, claw foot tub with optional shower, an open kitchen you can really cook in, coffee nook & a dinning room area, full living room, bedroom, closets etc. Private drive & parking. The bus stops in front. Neighborhood has lots of trees, views of snow capped mountains, short drives to beaches, international restaurants. 12 mi to Seattle.

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Location, location, location! Retreat to this updated one-bedroom condo with an ensuite bath and ocean views, right in the heart of downtown Edmonds. Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.
