Convenient easy commute to the University of Washington, Downtown, Bothell or Woodinville. This is the lower level of a house, there is parking for one car in the driveway.

Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. With your own private entrance and a shared massive yard, this guest suite on the lower level provides a large living area, a large bedroom, a private bathroom and a full kitchen stocked with all the appliances and dishes you could need. Parks, restaurants, grocery stores, ferries, public transport nearby make this an excellent location.

Lake Forest Cabin

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The renovated daylight basement offers a full living area, comfortable bedroom, kitchen with many amenities and a exceptional modern bath. Our neighborhood boasts the Burke-Gilman Trail along Lake Washington, express bus to Seattle, several Brew Pubs and a nearby shopping center with a grocery store. We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and St. Edwards Park. We are both smoke free and pet free home.

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

The apartment is part of a 1923 Craftsman Style House situated in a magical garden setting with wooded trails leading to a forested stream and local hiking area.
