Πρόκειται για μία οικία η οποία βρίσκεται στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, 20 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και χωρισμένη σε τέσσερα ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο το καθένα. Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου. Προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα, στο Μπατσί και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα, καθώς βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο του κτηρίου. Είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες.
