Das King-Size-Bett (160×200) hat eine neue Gold-Plus-Matratze. Geeignet für kurze und mittlere Aufenthalte zu zweit oder längere für eine Person. Bei längeren Buchungen ist ein Reinigungsservice 2–3 Mal im Monat enthalten. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind je nach Lage zu Fuß in 9-25 Min erreichbar.
