This charming tiny home is set amongst the trees with a view of the Snohomish Valley and the beautiful Cascade Mountains. It features a fully stocked kitchen, eating nook, cozy living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It is located less than 15 minutes from charming Downtown Snohomish and Boeing and within 30 minutes of Seattle. With the occasional visit from deer and other wildlife, and farm fresh eggs from our chickens, you'll feel like you're in the country with the convenience of being in town.

Fall asleep gazing at majestic evergreen trees through the glass ceiling of this dreamy romantic cottage with antique soaking tub on our dog & child-friendly organic hobby farm located just minutes from the Mukilteo ferry and the charming sea town of Langley. Interact with sassy swan-like sebastopol geese or a kaleidoscope of 50ish chickens and two brother rescue goats named Frank and Petunia. Groomed trails lead to a 100 acre nature preserve managed by our neighbors The Whidbey Institute.

Complete with a huge deck for BBQ and enjoying the outdoors. Get away for a weekend and soak in the hot tub.  Perfect area for a PNW getaway within a short distance from Seattle and Snohomish.

The space offers one queen as well as a sleeper sofa for 2 in the living room. We’ve recently added a hot tub for our guests to enjoy!

Ocean view beach home at Picnic Lake

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The Tiny Tack House + 1 Car Parking Spot

Located in the city limits of Everett, Malissa and I built The Tiny Tack House back in 2011 and have enjoyed living tiny so much that we want to open up the opportunity for others to "Try on Tiny" before deciding to do it yourself. We are currently only doing short term rentals. Only stays between two and seven days will be approved at The Tiny Tack House. We have parking for one car. Friends and family may street park. This house was designed, built and lived in by us (140 sq ft).

The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Unwind at this coastal apartment with view of Possession Sound. This second floor apartment was renovated in 2022 for a peaceful, spacious and uniquely PNW feel. Enjoy sunsets from the patio or walk 5 minutes to Lighthouse Park. The Blue Heron Guest House is located in Old Town Mukilteo steps from Red Cup Cafe, Sound Pizza & Pub, Rosehill Community Center and more. Minutes from Boeing and I-5. The Blue Heron Guest Suite is perfect if you're in town for business or pleasure.

It's a private guesthouse entirely separate from main house. Perfect for social distancing. Easy check in at anytime. Restaurants/businesses are within walking distance. This unit does not have a kitchen but will include a personal fridge and microwave. This space is perfect for those staying a few nights to a week. Same day/last minute bookings are accepted! Additional amenities may be included for those who choose to stay longer. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!

Seaside Suite by Mukilteo Beach

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.

Cozy 3-bedroom entire home in the heart of Everett

Relax with the whole family at this Everett home in a peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy local restaurants and sights nearby. The home has all the essentials with parking, cozy bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Pets are welcome but can’t stay on sofa/beds and small family gatherings are welcome at no extra cost if kept under control with no more than 10 people. If the home is left beyond normal cleaning, an extra charge up to 200 may apply.
