With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Upper Stables is a romantic hideaway nestled in the private countryside of Carclew on the outskirts of Mylor, in easy reach of creeks, beaches and Falmouth. The stables have been lovingly refurbished and boast wood fired hot tub, beams, woodburner, luxurious bathroom - roll top bath and rain shower and a large well equipped kitchen. There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

Formerly three silver miners' cottages, Robin Cottage is a comfortable holiday cottage in the historic market town of Helston. It is ideally placed for exploring the fishing villages and beaches of West Cornwall and the Lizard Peninsula. It is two miles from the sea at Porthleven, a thriving fishing village with many cafes and restaurants. The cottage is five minutes walk from the centre of Helston where you will find shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The cottage is not wheelchair friendly.

The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
