The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Peaceful Country Treehouse Nr Penzance & St Ives

The Treehouse is an architecturally designed space for 2 with a private covered balcony running down one side with views over stunning gardens & countryside. Originally a famous printmakers studio, it is now a large, comfortably furnished light filled sanctuary. There are floor to ceiling windows, (with blinds) a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is a romantic ensuite bedroom. The Treehouse is ideal for a relaxing break in a secluded location, 10 mins walk to Penzance.

The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

Cosy Chalet in the heart of Mullion village within walking distance of the coastal path, Polurrian Beach and Mullion Cove. Poldu Beach has a beach cafe and car park. The Bean Chalet offers self-contained accommodation, with one double bed for up to two people, whether you are looking for a short walking break or a romantic stay. Outside there is a secure, private seating/bbq area, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. Close to our village Co-op and a walk to the local pub.

It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, rail stations and some of the university campus buildings. You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.

Praze Barn has a private garden with BBQ for the summer and indoors a woodburner for colder months. Our visitors are attracted to the South West Coastal Path - Kynance Cove, Lizard Point and the beautiful village of Cadgwith recently featured on Countryfile with a great traditional pub - are all within walking distance.

Longstone Barn is a superbly equipped luxury barn conversion set in glorious rural surroundings, with its own beautiful garden, 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside village of Coverack with a pretty harbour and a sandy beach at low tide. All of SW Cornwall and many cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.

Helford Hideaway

A cosy log cabin situated in a small hamlet on the Lizard peninsula, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, full of secluded coves, beaches & woodlands to explore, all only 5 minutes from the tranquil Helford passage. 10 to 15 minutes from the historic town of Helston. A minutes walking distance from a traditional Cornish pub, with great food, and a welcoming log fire and beer garden.

Chygwyn - quaint one bedroom chalet

Chygwyn is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty just a few miles from Kynance Cove and Lizard point. The chalet is light and airy catering for all your requirements. A well equipped kitchen (210cm x 132cm), comfortable living room (400cm x 260 cm), shower room (134cm x 134 cm) and a cosy double bedroom (256cm x 190cm).
