This area offers easy walking access to a wide variety of activities: hiking and mountain biking in the lush local trails, paddling and swimming at several beaches. It is walking distance from Mundy Park (full of walking trails and an amazing playground suitable for toddlers to big kids), Poirier Rec center (swimming pool, skating rink, community center, library, running track) and other amenities. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The suite has a private entrance. Inside is two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 twin sized beds), bathroom and laundry.

Welcome to our newly renovated self-contained suite, conveniently located close to the city center and attractions. With a private entrance, enjoy privacy and flexibility. The suite, situated on the ground level basement, offers ample natural light. Inside, find a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a studio double bed with curtains for privacy. The living room also has a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Stay connected with free WIFI and parking in the safe neighborhood.
