My place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, the beach, restaurants and dining, and art and culture. My place is less than one mile from snowmobile trails and you can begin your day of riding right from the house. There is plenty of parking for multiple trucks with trailers. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Up on the Hill

Located on Tannery Hill just east of Downtown Munising, "Up on the Hill" is just 10 minutes away from Sand Point Beach. The back of the property borders the western edge of the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. The home is bright and fully equipped making it a perfect place to relax after long day of enjoying your Upper Peninsula adventure. The house has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom on the main floor and a second full bathroom located in the unfinished basement next to the washer / dryer.

Centrally located near Escanaba (16mi), Munising (48mi), and Marquette (52mi) The home is situated off of US2, easy access from many areas but is a main road for traffic so can be a bit busier during certain times. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is newly built home designed to resemble a train depot on the outside and made to be a comfortable and relaxing space inside. There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette. Due to allergies this a no pet listing.
