Each bedroom has a queen size bed on the upper floor, and the family room on the first floor has a Murphy bed and a sleeper Sofa. Equipped with a fireplace, full kitchen, dinning area, charcoal grill, fire pit, Smart TVs, Washer and Dryer, Wi-Fi, and Telescope for our astronomers. 1 mile from Guy Sandy.

Get your Rustic Vibe on here at the Lodge. The Lodge is surrounded by Core Land which means you have the ultimate escape. Our massive pavilion with indoor waterfall and huge river rock fireplace is perfect for your outdoor living. We only allow 1 dog for an extra fee & must be leashed when outside ( Neighborhood rules) & crated when alone. MUST BE HOUSEBROKEN! We do not allow any ATVs to be ridden in our neighborhood. Per city code. You may bring them to ride at by crossbar ranch.

The upstairs rooms share a full sized bath. Launch your boat or access the lake at the end of Landing Road (350 yards), or at Eagle Bay Boat Ramp (1 mile drive). Enjoy the spacious covered front porch and cook on the flat top grill. Kayaks can be made available to responsible guests at no cost.
