Situata nelle campagne di Arzachena, l'abitazione è immersa nella tipica natura gallurese ricca di olivastri, querce, lentischi e rocce granitiche dalle caratteristiche forme e dimensioni, frutto del paziente lavoro dell'acqua e del vento attraverso i millenni. Lo Stazzo, ristrutturato in parte, fedelmente all’originale, è da 5 generazioni proprietà della stessa famiglia. Luogo ideale per chi ricerca pace e tranquillità.

The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.
