Modern rustic cabin near Lyme Regis

The old writers Cabin is set in our woodland garden in the hills just 10 minutes away from Lyme Regis. The cabin has been handcrafted from oak and douglas fir to create a luxury and romantic space for two. With a cosy log burner, king sized bed with feather and down bedding, outside bath tub and shower, complete with stunning views over the valley, it really is the perfect space to escape the world and re-set. Old Maidenhayne Farmhouse Annex

The annex is part of an old farmhouse. It was built in 1850’s and we have been renovating it since we bought it in 2022. It is unique, rustic, and has country charm. It has it’s own entrance with two bedrooms, one king and one double, and a shower room upstairs. Downstairs there is a large comfortable living room with a wood burning stove and a separate kitchen. Outside the annex there is a patio/courtyard all set up for a bbq . The main garden is shared with us and is on different levels.

Classic thatched english country cottage in stunning setting in midst of Area of Natural Beauty. All rooms very bright and airy (all rooms dual aspect windows) with a kitchen flooded with light with french doors opening out onto the 1/3 acre garden and surrounded by fields. Cottage is short level walk to Colyton which has 3 pubs, 4 cafes, chippy, butcher, 2 small supermarket, gym, a post office, library, hairdressers, garden centre, lovely walks, a river, 2 football pitches, tennis courts etc

Branscombe Chalet on the Beach

‘Curlew' is on East beach in the lovely Devon village of Branscombe. It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Two fine pubs supplying excellent food and locally brewed ales in the village and amazing cliff path walks East or West. Now a bookable sauna on the beach and free parking can be arranged

Kilnside was rebuilt from an existing outbuilding into a luxury, self-catering cottage with work finishing at the beginning of 2020. The space now boasts a stunning open-plan, vaulted kitchen and living area with large bi-fold doors onto a private patio. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite shower room. Both the bedroom and living room have a stunning view down the valley towards the coast at Lyme Regis.
