My 50m2 apartment, recently refurbished, is located in the heart of a lively neighbourhood. The apartment is on the 4th and top floor, very bright and quiet. It is composed of a main room with an open kitchen, living and dining area. The room is very spacious and has high ceilings. The bedroom is a cosy nest with the bathtub in front of the window, a relaxing moment on sunny mornings. The toilet is at the entrance of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine you can use.

Charming and well-equipped 40 m² flat in a quiet street in the 9th district, where you can enjoy the lively Pigalle area with its trendy restaurants, cafés, bars and clubs, as well as the romantic charm of Montmartre (5 minutes' walk), or a great shopping journey at the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores... (15 minutes' walk). It has a charming view over one of the Parisian rare private gardens. As the flat crosses the street, it's very pleasant in spring and summer (airstream).

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour le quartier, le calme, la magnifique bâtisse du XVIIème siècle, la belle hauteur sous plafond, la proximité de nombreux commerces, bars et restaurants. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

One bright apartment in the center of Paris, in front of Georges Pompidou Center. Very calm located in Beaubourg, between Châtelet and Le Marais, in Paris. The flat is really close to a lot of different museum : Le Louvre, Musée Picasso, Le Centre Pompidou, Hotel de Ville or even the Cathédrale Notre-Dame (10min walking). Furthermore cinéma and loads of art gallery are situated in the streets down the apartment. I can be called upon any time and will do my best to make your trip amazing!

Tous les meubles et les matériaux ont été réfléchis pour en faire un espace extremement chaleureux et apaisant.

6 th floor with elevator, 2 bedrooms with double bed and a sofa in the living room (5 places), a fireplace and bathroom. Bright and near the Sacré Coeur and the Moulin Rouge my flat is calm, sweet and original, in the heart of an area full of bars and restaurants.

Welcome in my central little apartment under the roof with a stunning view of the Sacré-Cœur of Montmartre, the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. A great place for a romantic gateway. At the 7th (heaven) by stairs, with such a view it worth it !
