A very fun & family friendly lake community during the warmer months. You will have private dock access to boat slip that is 10' wide x 24' long. The dock is walking distance to the house & there is a loading ramp located just a short drive away in the neighborhood. You will also have access to the fire pit out front & a gas grill on the side.

Waterfront home located in Leisure Heights ready for your lake getaway! Boat ramps are close by and the shore also provides a safe place to land your boat directly down from the house. We also have a boat slip available which is about a 5 minute walk from the house. Enjoy the lake view from the large deck with plenty of space to hang out. Conveniently located between the towns of Eufaula and Checotah. We have 2 kayaks, a 3 person canoe and a 6’ x 15’ swim pad for use during your stay.

Whether you’re traveling down I-40 or Hwy. 69, moving a college student to Connors State College, or just visiting family in the area, this cozy little one bedroom house is the perfect place to stop and relax. There is plenty of room to sleep up to four people. There is a queen bed, a twin fold-out bed and a large comfortable sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Guests can enjoy free WiFi & High Speed Internet. There are two separate TVs so there’s no fighting over who gets to watch what.

Enjoy time with the family or sneak away for time to yourself at this peaceful house by the lake. Relax in the 6 person hot tub, play a game of cornhole, horseshoes, or boardgames. This home backs up to the lake cove with a beautiful treed view and you can travel just a few miles down the road to Lake Eufala State Park where you can launch your boat for a day of fun on the lake.
