Access to downtown entertainment areas takes approximately 30 minutes by train from Ichinoe Station. ■ Access to Tokyo Disney Resort By car: Approx. 15 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland Direct shuttle bus: From the bus stop “Furukawa Shinsui Park,” located on the road directly in front of the villa, • Approx. 25 minutes to Tokyo Disneyland • Approx. 35 minutes to Tokyo DisneySea (depending on traffic conditions) ※The villa is a convenient base for visiting both Disneyland and DisneySea over two days. ■ Property Overview Maximum occupancy: 1–8 guests For more than 8 guests, an additional fee of ¥5,000 per person per night applies. One set of sheets is provided per bed. ■ Pool Information Availability: May to early October Depth: 1.1 meters In May, June, September, and early October, the water temperature is automatically adjusted up to 32°C. However, due to outdoor temperatures, the water may feel cooler on colder days and swimming may not be comfortable. In July and August, the pool heating function is turned off. The gazebo (sunshade) curtains will be installed from mid-July through August. 横浜中華街・山手エリアにある静かな民宿です。 戸建一軒家をフルリフォームして、2025年8月にオープンしました。 山手町に点在する歴史ある西洋館を巡り、港の見える丘公園を抜けて、元町、中華街、山下公園、赤レンガ倉庫、みなとみらいへ。横浜で最も美しい散歩コースをお楽しみできます。 電車を利用する場合は、JR山手駅から商店街を通って、階段なし平坦で歩いて約10分。車を利用する場合は、近くに安い駐車場(朝8時から夜8時まで1,600円、夜8時から翌朝8時まで500円）を利用可能。 また、サンモール・インターナショナル・スクールまで歩いて8分、横浜インターナショナルスクールまで歩いて20分、横浜山手中華学校まで歩いて20分、横浜中華学院まで歩いて20分で、学校利用時に便利です。
