Only a 10 min walk to our beautiful main beach, our home is in the pefect location. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood you'll have the best of both worlds, with the bustle of the beach and then come home to your tranquil oasis. Come to our slice of paradise and take some time out in the modern, single level Cottage built in late 2020, on 4.5 acres overlooking river flats and a fresh water lake. Quiet and open with easy accessibility throughout. The living area opens onto a large undercover deck with river, lake and grassed flats to look at and enjoy. Modern fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms with luxury queen sized beds and linen supplied. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room, Smart TV, Netflix/Stan and free WiFi.
