We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. Nashville is an approximate 40 minute drive; Franklin is a 15-20 minute drive. Airport is approximately 45 minutes. Quick access to I-840 exchange makes the Spring Hill area very convenient. Enjoy The Smokeouse, our new addition to the Pasquo "Quottage," in West Nashville, only 20 minutes from city center and 20 minutes from downtown Franklin. We renovated this room and added a bathroom off of a 200+year old smokehouse. The Smokehouse deck connects to a walkway and porch for our AirBNB Plus rated "Quottage" which offers accommodations for two, a private bathroom, living space, and small kitchen. This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.
