A stone's throw away from the Festival Theatre, National Museum. The Castle, Royal Mile and Grassmarket are nearby. Great coffee place below and a friendly local bar. 4th floor. No lift. If you have heavy luggage or have mobility problems be aware of this as there are many steps up. I'm usually always around to meet people and let them in myself.
