Round The Bend which is maintained to a high level sits within the heart of the very quiet village Odcombe. The Masons Arms pub is just a short walk away, serving real ales and food. Brympton House which hosts many weddings and events is just over a mile away making us the perfect location. Also neighbouring Odcombe is the lovely village of Montacute which boasts the beautiful National Trust owned Montacute House. The King's Arms pub which is also in Montacute serves great food and real ale.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The cottage is in stoke sub hamdon Ham Hill is a 390 acres country park centred on a huge Iron Age hill fort. which is popular for picnicking, walking and mountain biking, situated at he top of ham hill is the Prince of Wales Pub which is dog friendly. The Jurassic coast is from 40 minutes by car. West bay, Lyme Regis.

Cottage in the heart of Montacute

A cosy cottage in the heart of Montacute just a couple of minutes walk from the National Trust property, Montacute House. The cottage has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and various decorative updates. Montacute is a small village and civil parish in Somerset, England, 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Yeovil. The village is built almost entirely of the local hamstone. At the centre of the village is a large square known as the 'Borough' around which are grouped picturesque cottages

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Clapper Hay Annex

The Annex provides a completely self contained accommodation with it's own entrance and external keybox, enabling independent access. Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.

Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
