You would have the whole upstairs to yourself with a private door to come and go. You are also invited to use our pool at anytime! We're located very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail for miles of bike riding, PB Boulangerie Bistro, Marconi Beach, the iconic Wellfleet drive-in and so much more. Large private yard with patio, new grill and outdoor shower. 5 minute drive to Nauset Light Beach and Campground Beach. Plenty of restaurants and activities located nearby. **Rental includes entire home as described. There is a separate lock-off above garage that is occasionally occupied. Plenty of separation and privacy.**

Wellfleet Oasis

Unwind in this calm, stylish studio oasis. Stroll to Mass Audubon or bike just 1.3 miles along the trail next to our development to reach Marconi Beach. Enjoy local restaurants, a flea market, and Wellfleet Drive just 0.9 miles away. A small market on the Eastham-Wellfleet line offers essentials, sandwiches, and drinks. With owners on-site, the space features a private entrance, a deck with an electric grill, and an outdoor solar shower for rinsing off after a sunny day.

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a queen size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. This cottage is not handicap accessible. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!

From Mid June through Labor Day, Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. We are nestled in the Cape Cod National Seashore. Secluded Cottage style apartment attached to our home; 0.2 mi from Coast Guard Beach, offers privacy, peacefulness, easy access to beach. 2 upstairs bedrooms each w/double size bed. Private entrance.
