100 year old home. Very peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food and coffee. The house is very bright with hardwood floors. The home has a washer and dryer in the basement. We will consider dogs on a case by case basis. (Please see Other details to note). The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals (no spices). WE DO NOT ALLOW LOCAL RESIDENCE AS THIS IS NOT TO BE USED FOR PARTIES OR ANY TYPE OF EVENTS OR LOCAL DAY USEAGE. THE HOME HAS OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS.

Enjoy the views of the painted desert. Keep a look out for the wildlife as well. From the harmless cattle to the majestic wild Navajo horses. This is a trip you wont soon forget. Note: Cell coverage is better here than in some cities, perfect if you want to get away and still work!! We have clear line of site to cell towers.

The cabin is one of five nearly identical cabins at Z-Lazy-B guest ranch. It's usually a quiet retreat, but during hunting season the other cabins fill up. PLEASE NOTE: THE ALTITUDE IS NEARLY 8,000 FT. SOME GUESTS COMING FROM LOWER ALTITUDES (Near Sea Level) MIGHT EXPERIENCE ALTITUDE SICKNESS.
