Olea is a luxury 2-bedroom private house located in Kyparissia, 80m from the sea. Olea consists of a living room with fireplace, a full equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Olea has also a spacious balcony in each level of the house. Olea is a two-level property, able to accommodate up to 6 guests. -First Floor- Entering the house an open area consists of a kitchen and leaving room welcomes you. The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. In the area there are many beaches (organized and not) as well as cafes, taverns and restaurants for all tastes and requirements. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
