Close to Lake Ericson, Cedar River, Calamus Reservoir and Pibel Lake. We are still renovating and appreciate our guests understanding our imperfections. The newly remodeled 'Royal Bunkhouse' has an open floorplan, full kitchen, can sleep up to 10, has plenty of parking, and a large inviting covered front porch in the quiet Village of Royal off Highway 20. You'll be close to Grove Lake's fishing, hunting, hiking, bait shop & trout rearing station, as well as Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park. A small park, roping arena and Royal Bar & Grill are all within walking distance.

Located on a large lot to accommodate outdoor activities, including a fire pit. The park, Nebraska's Big Rodeo, and the town square (where there several dining options) are all within walking distance. The area's main attraction Calamus Reservoir is a short 7 mile drive, offering fun for the entire family.

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

The Rustic Retreat Tiny House is the perfect setting for a family, hunters, fishermen, anniversaries, friends retreats, honeymooners, etc.. Brand new in August 2018, we can sleep up to 6. Located near the beautiful Calamus Lake, the Burwell Rodeo and Historic Fort Hartsuff. Local restaurants and bars are within walking distance as well as a grocery store.

This spacious country retreat offers beautiful views, abundant wildlife, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Access to the spring fed Creek offers a quiet area for a campfire and fun for the whole family.  The home is located just minutes away from Grove Lake and Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park.
