Das Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen und gepflegten kleinen Wohnanlage mit nur wenigen Bewohnern. Es wurde im Juni 2023 neu gestrichen und teilrenoviert und bietet alles, was ihr für einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub am Meer braucht. Euer Frühstück könnt ihr am Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer genießen.

A beautiful, spacy, light rooftop apartment with views of the sea and mountain. 3 minutes from a blue star beach and a 5 star hotel. It has descent furniture, tableware, fast WIFI, TV channels from all over the world, HIFI system, air-conditioning, gas heathing, private parking, three balconies, elevator, intercom and a big walk-in closet. Close to Gerovassiliou (wine house), airport (15min), boat to the city centre in summer (45min). For a small fee we can pick you up from the airport.

Breathtaking view on the cliff edge

Fully renovated apartment which is located between Epanomi and Nea Iraklia. It is about 40km away from Thessaloniki and the airport. It is easily accessible by car. There's also public transport, though I wouldn't recommend it. The flat is on the 2nd floor with amazing view! You can watch the sun setting right behind the mountain of Olympus! There are beach bars about 2km away but if you don't like the crowded places, the little beach just below the apartment will satifsy your needs!

Πραγματικά το σπίτι είναι μια διόροφη μεζονέτα από τις δυο που υπάρχουν σε οικόπεδο 1200 τ.μ με πολύ πράσινο και πισίνα.Βρίσκεται σε ωραία τοποθεσία 300 μόλις μέτρα από μια υπέροχη παραλία σπίτι απέχει περίπου 800 μέτρα από το κέντρο του κοσμοπολίτικου Πλαταμώνα.Υπάρχουν πολλά αξιοθέατα να δείτε εκεί κοντά όπως αρχαιολογικούς χώρους,παραδοσιακά χωριά παραθαλάσσια και ορεινά στον Όλυμπο το βουνό των θεών.

You will enjoy the view of Olympus mountain, the sea and the sunset! A super comfy bed, a cozy sofa bed for two, a beautifully designed space with a jacuzzi, a huge balcony, an amazing garden and barbecue, safe parking, are some of the amenities. Epanomi is very closed to Thessaliniki and Makedonia airport!

It's a well lit apartment mainly because of a very wide window. It's within 200 meters from the sea and right by the football and basketball stadium. All of the restaurants are within walking distance and also it is accessible to people with special needs and disabilities. (the bathroom has special handles to help with stability), it is also on the ground floor and is cool because of the shade the trees in the garden provide.

Surrounded by a flowered garden in a quiet and full of trees neighborhood between Platamonas (with its fresh fish sea side tavernas, cafes and bars) and Nei Pori (with its 5 km organised sandy beach), our house is close to everything and at the same time away from all the "noise".

One with a king sized bed and one with two bunk beds sleeping 4 people.There is a tiny little bathroom but be sure that you will find in it just everything you need! There is also a washing machine available so you can do your laundry!There is a fully stocked kitchen where there is a dishwasher to help you do the dirty job! At the cosy living room there is a smart TV set.

Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή, απέχει μόλις 5 λεπτά περπάτημα από την παραλία, σε κοντινή απόσταση είναι το κέντρο του χωριού, με τα super market , τα εμπορικά καταστήματα, τον παιδότοπο και τα εστιατόρια. Στάθμευση ελεύθερη στον δρόμο.
