Greenlake Getaway Suite

You will like the location of our clean modern one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of our home. A comfortable place for visitors in a walk-able neighborhood full of restaurants and parks. This space is great for Couples, families, and business travelers alike. The apartment has its own heating/cooling system separate from the house. We have created a special cleaning checklist based on recommendations from the CDC.

Stay warm by the fire, whether on the built-in seating around the fire pit, or inside, on the sectional sofa by the linear gas fireplace below the Samsung frame TV. Also inside are floor-to-ceiling windows, radiant floor heating, and exposed-beam accents. The apartment features a stunning open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen in addition to two bathrooms featuring a luxurious walk-in rain shower!

Eastern Exposure, walk UW, self check-in

This private two bedroom suite faces East on the ground floor/basement with an Airbnb guest house above. Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this oasis in the big city. We are 2 blocks North of the University campus. You can walk to most services from the house and transportation around the city. One parking space in our private lot is included for Airbnb guests (a valuable commodity in this neighborhood!)
