Holiday house "Iva" is located in an isolated place on the end of the village, offering a magnificent view of the sea,only30 m away. Seaview offers from all bedrooms. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.

This cozy small apartment it is situated in the port, very close to the sea. In only few minutes by walk you are in the town center. It is ideal for couples. Thanks to thick stone walls it is cool in the summer time. It is small but you can find everything that you need - there is kitchen with living/dining area, bedroom (no window), bathroom and a terrace. Private parking space is provided some 30 m away. The house is situated in the first and only row on the coast with no disturbance of other tourists. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
