Ideally located in Selside, 4 miles outside of Kendal, on the edge of the Lake District National Park for you to enjoy a relaxing break away from busy life, surrounded by nature. Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Kendal is 9 miles from Windermere which makes it a great base for exploring The Lake District.

Set on our Adult Only caravan park in the quiet hamlet of New Hutton, near Kendal, our self contained, underfloor heated hut, contains a sleeping area, bathroom and kitchen equipped with all necessities - utensils, cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster, sink, hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. A sofa bed gives you all the comfort and relaxation you need. Your bathroom includes a toilet, wash basin and shower.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Nestled in the hills 5 minutes outside Kendal, the hut sits in a private meadow, enjoying far reaching fell views. Hunker down with a book, play board games and unplug from the rest of the world or use it as a base to explore the beautiful Lake District National Park.
