We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

A short taxi or bus ride to the city. We do have wifi. off street parking is available within the premises

A delightful, secluded, fully self-contained apartment surrounded by private gardens under our own residence, an historic, heritage listed sandstone home built in 1908. Separate private entry, on-site parking, only 10 minutes walk to North Hobart restaurants and the popular State cinema. 5 minutes by car to the city or hop on the bus, which goes into the city every 10 minutes during peak periods.

Welcome to our private studio apartment with an artistic flare, just 3 Km from the city centre of Hobart. It is a double bedroom apartment with a glimpse of Mt Wellington, featuring Tasmanian sandstone and comfortably suitable for two. Take note that our policy will only accept original guest that has booked and confirmed, therefore, no extra guests will be accepted in our accommodation.

Connie the Caravan: a private getaway

Connie is a vintage caravan positioned perfectly among the poplar trees to give guests a little hideaway to relax and enjoy themselves. Connie can sleep up to two adults with a proper innerspring mattress. A bathroom with shower and toilets is very close by, as is a kitchen guests can use if required. The kitchen has a fridge, hot plates, microwave and dishwasher.
